#24 [ENH] Try to capture images before deleting messages

Spam often consists of just images (often photos of a screen with crypto spam content). When deleted, the CDN images are deleted as well. If the bot deletes these messages automatically we have no record of what happened, making it hard to know if the deletion was justified or what trends in spam are occurring. Would be nice if the bot can preserve these images right before banning/deleting.
