Recreate the one thing we still use Gaius for so we can kick it to the curb.

Probably want an option to do it with ! and/or a slash command. Maybe certain commands are more appropriate as one or the other.

!learn name text to save
!unlearn name
!cmds

Also note all the tokens that can be inserted into messages.
